At DEWEN®, we stand behind the reliability of our power solutions. The DEWEN UPS Warranty provides clear protection for both single-phase and three-phase UPS systems. This page explains coverage details, claim procedures, and offers direct downloads of official warranty documents. Always keep your proof of purchase and any warranty registration confirmation, as they are required when making a claim.


DEWEN UPS Warranty at a Glance

  • Single-Phase UPS (≤3 kVA): 2 years standard global coverage. In the UK/EU, coverage extends to 3 years, with an option to extend to 5 years (see UK warranty document).
  • Three-Phase UPS: 24 months from delivery or 18 months from start-up commissioning, whichever comes first.
  • Service method: Return-to-base by default. However, DEWEN may arrange on-site service directly or through an authorised partner at our discretion or via a service agreement.
  • Transport & customs: Customers cover shipping to DEWEN or an authorised service partner. For validated claims, DEWEN covers the reasonable cost of return shipping.
  • Consumables & batteries: Covered against manufacturing defects. However, normal wear such as fan usage and gradual battery capacity loss are excluded.
  • Customised UPS systems: Covered under project-specific contractual terms agreed at the time of sale.

How to Make a DEWEN UPS Warranty Claim

  1. Contact DEWEN Customer Service at warranty@dewenenergy.com or your authorised distributor.
  2. Provide the model and serial number, proof of purchase, and a clear description of the problem.
  3. Our team will guide you through troubleshooting and, if needed, issue a Return Material Authorisation (RMA).
  4. Ship the UPS to DEWEN or an authorised service partner with the RMA number clearly marked.
  5. If your claim is valid, we will repair or replace the unit as quickly as possible, subject to parts availability.
  6. Customers cover shipping to DEWEN or its partner. For validated claims, DEWEN covers return shipping.
